1. About These Terms
These Terms and Conditions (‘Terms’) govern your access to and use of padmajafoods.com (‘Platform’ or ‘Website’) and your purchase of products from Padmaja Herbs & Foods Pvt. Ltd. (‘PHFPL’, ‘We’, ‘Us’, ‘Our’), the company behind the retail brands Srilola, Haradin and Nufasal.
By accessing the Platform, creating an account, placing an order or submitting any form on the Platform, you (‘User’, ‘You’, ‘Your’) confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please discontinue use of the Platform immediately.
These Terms are to be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform, create an account, or place an order.
- You must be legally competent to enter into a binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.
- If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of a company, organisation or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
- By using the Platform, you represent and warrant that all information you provide is accurate, current and complete.
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Registration
To access certain features of the Platform (including placing orders, viewing order history and saving wishlists), you may be required to register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete and current information during registration and to update it as necessary.
3.2 Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials (username and password) and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately at [support@padmajafoods.com] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account. PHFPL shall not be liable for any loss arising from unauthorised use of your account.
3.3 Account Termination
PHFPL reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account without prior notice if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the Platform in any way.
4. Products and Listings
4.1 Product Information
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images, ingredients, nutritional information and pricing on the Platform are accurate and up to date. However, PHFPL does not warrant that product descriptions or other content on the Platform are error-free, complete or current. Product images are for illustrative purposes; actual packaging may vary slightly.
4.2 Product Availability
All products are subject to availability. PHFPL reserves the right to discontinue any product, limit quantities available for purchase, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. If a product you have ordered becomes unavailable after your payment has been processed, we will contact you and offer a full refund or a suitable alternative.
4.3 Shelf Life and Storage
All products on the Platform are food items with specific shelf lives (‘Best Before’ dates) printed on the packaging. PHFPL ensures that products dispatched have adequate remaining shelf life. Upon delivery, customers are responsible for storing products as instructed on the packaging. PHFPL is not responsible for deterioration resulting from improper storage by the customer.
4.4 Allergen Information
Product pages include allergen and ingredient information to the best of our knowledge. However, as our products are processed in a facility that handles a variety of nuts, spices, seeds and dried fruits, cross-contamination is possible. Customers with known allergies are advised to read product labels carefully and contact us at [support@padmajafoods.com] before purchasing if they have specific allergen concerns. PHFPL shall not be liable for allergic reactions resulting from failure to read product labels.
5. Pricing and Payment
5.1 Pricing
All prices on the Platform are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (GST) unless otherwise stated. Prices are subject to change without prior notice. The price applicable to your order is the price displayed at the time you place the order.
5.2 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit Cards and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Unified Payments Interface -Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm UPI and others)
- Digital Wallets (Paytm, PhonePe and others as available)
- Cash on Delivery (COD) -available on select pin codes across India
5.3 Payment Security
All payments are processed through secure, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. PHFPL does not store your card or banking credentials. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, payment is collected by our courier partner at the time of delivery. In case of a payment failure or declined transaction for prepaid orders, please contact your bank or payment provider before retrying. PHFPL is not responsible for charges applied by your bank for failed transactions.
5.4 Pricing Errors
In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error or system error, PHFPL reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price, even after order confirmation. We will notify you promptly and issue a full refund if payment has already been processed.
6. Orders and Delivery
6.1 Order Confirmation
An order is confirmed only upon receipt of a confirmation email from PHFPL. The confirmation email constitutes acceptance of your order and forms a binding contract between you and PHFPL. An order placed on the Platform is an offer to purchase, not a confirmed sale, until such confirmation is sent.
6.2 Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to serviceable pin codes across India. Delivery availability is subject to our courier partners’ reach and may change without notice. International delivery is not available through the retail Platform at this time (for export enquiries, please contact [CONFIRM: exports@padmajafoods.com]).

Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. PHFPL is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
6.4 Free Shipping
Free shipping is available on orders above ₹499 (subject to change). For orders below this threshold, a shipping charge will be displayed at checkout before payment.
6.5 Failed Delivery
If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or the customer being unavailable, the courier partner will make [up to 2] additional delivery attempts. After all attempts are exhausted, the order will be returned to our warehouse and a refund will be issued after deducting the return shipping charges.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform – including but not limited to the Padmaja Foods, Srilola, Haradin and Nufasal brand names, logos, trademarks, product names, images, text, graphics, videos, and the overall look and feel of the Platform – is the exclusive property of PHFPL or its licensors and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from our Platform without prior written permission from PHFPL. Any unauthorised use of our intellectual property may result in legal action.
8. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to use the Platform in any of the following ways:
- For any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation
- To submit false, misleading or fraudulent information
- To impersonate any person or entity, or falsely represent your affiliation with any person or entity
- To attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform, other users’ accounts, or our server infrastructure
- To transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code
- To scrape, crawl or systematically extract data from the Platform without our written consent
- To post or transmit any content that is defamatory, offensive, obscene, or violates any third party’s rights
- To place bulk or commercial orders through the retail Platform without prior written authorisation (bulk orders must go through our B2B channel)
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
- PHFPL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform or purchase of products, including loss of profits, data, business or goodwill
- Our total liability to you for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific product that is the subject of the claim
- PHFPL does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components
- PHFPL is not responsible for health claims made on behalf of our products beyond what is expressly stated on approved product labelling. The products sold on our Platform are food items, not medicines. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless PHFPL, its directors, employees, agents and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any applicable law or third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit or transmit through the Platform.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
11.1 Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.
11.2 Dispute Resolution
In the event of any dispute, the parties shall first attempt to resolve it amicably through negotiation within 30 days of written notice. If the dispute remains unresolved, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat of arbitration shall be Hyderabad, Telangana. The language of arbitration shall be English.
12. Disclaimers
The Platform and its content are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. PHFPL makes no warranty that the Platform will meet your requirements or that products will achieve any particular outcome.
13. Force Majeure
PHFPL shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of God, floods, fires, earthquakes, epidemics or pandemics, wars, civil unrest, government actions, labour disputes, power failures, or failure of third-party suppliers or courier partners.
14. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Returns & Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and PHFPL regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations and understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the same subject matter.
15. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms, without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
16. Waiver
No failure or delay by PHFPL in exercising any right or remedy under these Terms shall constitute a waiver of that right or remedy. No single or partial exercise of any right or remedy shall preclude any further exercise of that right or remedy.

18. Updates to These Terms
PHFPL reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Registered users will be notified by email of material changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
