Naga Srinivas and K. Padmaja are the promoters of Padmaja Herbs & Foods Private Limited (PHFPL), a leading food processing company based in Hyderabad, India.
Mr. Naga Srinivas Kacham, the Managing Director of PHFPL, comes from a family with a rich history in food commodity trading. He is a 6th generation entrepreneur and has successfully grown his family’s small food business. He holds a degree in Science and has pursued additional academic degrees in Business Management and Information Technology.
With his extensive knowledge of food products, he leads the procurement team at PHFPL, responsible for sourcing products from 3200 markets across 29 states in India and various other countries like Zanzibar, Madagascar, Singapore, Indonesia, Brazil, Vietnam, Peru, Chile, USA, Turkey, Iran, and countries in Africa. In addition to procurement, Mr. Srinivas also manages quality control, warehouse management, packaging design, customer relationships, and branding.
Mrs. Padmaja Kacham, the Director of PHFPL, is a Commerce graduate from Acharya Nagarjuna University and a trained musician from the Vijayawada Music Academy. She actively supports her husband in running the business and brings her multi-disciplinary skill set to the management of PHFPL.
She is involved in key operations of the business, including human resource management. Mrs. Kacham encourages her husband’s business vision and works toward the company’s growth and success.
Together, Mr. Srinivas and Mrs. Padmaja Kacham have established PHFPL as a state-of-the-art food processing company with a focus on ethical business practices and sustainable farming. They have invested significantly in capital and human resources to serve customers across India and the Indian diaspora worldwide.
