Managing Director, Padmaja Herbs & Foods Pvt. Ltd. Naga Srinivas didn't enter the spice business — he grew up inside it. Across six generations, his family built working relationships with over 3,200 mandis across India. Not supplier networks. Trust networks. When he founded PHFPL, the vision was simple and radical in equal measure: build the supply chain that should have always existed. One that owns every step, documents every batch, and never passes the accountability problem to someone else.
Today, that vision serves Reliance Retail, Taj Hotels, and thousands of households across India — and increasingly, Indians across the world who refuse to settle for anything less than the real thing.
